My passion for cooking began early. As a child growing up in a largely Italian family, food was at the center of our gatherings and the kitchen was the heart of our home. Raised on wonderful, home cooked, nutritional meals with produce from our back garden, I truly appreciate the value of fresh, seasonal foods.
