Chef Alisa is a graduate from the University of Illinois and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park , New York . Alisa has worked as a professional chef in Illinois and Texas for over ten years, including several years for the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel chain. With experience in French, Italian and Global cuisine, Chef Alisa is committed to providing exquisite cuisine with a strong focus on local, fresh and seasonal ingredients.
